Hard Strawberry Lemonade

½ cup of white sugar

½ cup of brown sugar

1/4 cup honey

1 sprig of mint leaves broken up, another handful for the simple syrup
6 strawberries
2 cups of lemon juice (approx 5 lemons)

1 cup of vodka (you can always mix in more or less)

(or 1 cup of tonic/seltzer water if non-alcoholic)

Coconut Mushroom Soup

olive oil

3/4 cup chopped celery

1 cup chopped carrots

2 cups brown mushrooms

2 tsp. siracha

1 can coconut milk

1 can vegetable broth

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup cilantro

1 tbsp. honey

1/2 squeezed lime

2 tsp. salt

2 tsp. pepper

1 1/2 cup white mushrooms

add Aborio rice, when dry add vegetable stock (4) cups total
