Salmon with Roasted Asparagus


1 lb. Salmon
Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 Lemon

Curl salmon
Cut 1/2 inch in add salt and pepper.
Place 6 cloves of garlic around the salmon.

375 dg. for 23 minutes

Best if marinated in the morning and then cooked later in the day


Lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. balsamic

Cut off the bottom 1/3rd of the stems

Sprinkle (sea) salt & pepper
add chives

400 dg. oven for 10 minutes

or slow-roasted 350 dg. for 20 mins
