The Perfect Burger (the Zerger)

Serves: 8


2 lbs. Brisket (ask the grocer to grind the brisket at the store or use a food processor)

Red Onions sautéed so that they carmelize
Mushrooms also sautéed

Embedded in the beef...

3/4 cup red onion, chopped
1 egg
1 cup $1 Ruffles sour cream & onion (literally hammered in a plastic bag, turned into bits)
4 slices or 1/3 cup bacon bits
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 cup siracha
6 large cloves of garlic
3/4 cup small cubes (2) different kinds of cheddar (yellow, white)

2 mins each side on the stove, high heat (1-7, 5.5)
6 mins baking, 375 dg (after 3 mins flip over).
