Veggie Melt

Dijon mustard

Balsamic Vinegar


Slices of *good* mozzarella

Portobello mushrooms (seared)

English Muffins

AVOCADO slices

Pear (sliced)

Red onion chopped into slices

Green onion chopped coarsely

Tomato sliced thinly


Consider

Apple


Toast buns, add ingredients, and then in the oven 350 dg. until the mozzarella has slightly melted.
