Tofu w/ Peanut Sauce



Tofu covered in flour, left for 5 mins

Med to high heat skillet
Olive oil
Soy
Siracha
until Tofu is brown

Generous Peanut Sauce for 1 min

Drizzle honey and stir

Served on white rice. Takes virtually no time whastoever to fix.

It's delicious, healthy, and vegan! Wtf?

Consider: grilled pineapple
