Salmon with Dijon Mustard and Brown Sugar

Serves: 2

1 lb. Salmon

Cut in the fashion described 2:21 in:

In a bowl and stir:

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
4 tbsp. Dijon
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice (or the juice from 1 lemon)
3 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. balsamic
1 cooking tsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. Siracha

Salt and Pepper in the middle of the salmon steaks, salt and olive oil on the bottom pepper well on top.
6 cloves of garlic put around the salmon

Oven for 23 mins (exactly!) at 375 dg.

Mushrooms with olive oil

Consider: green onion and a slice of lemon halved on top
